Hi everyone!

I got this monitor (Benq xl2430T) and have been using it for around 2 weeks. Recently I notice a problem where random flickering occurs when desktop background (in slideshow mode) changes to the next image. Lowering my refresh rate reduces the amount of flickering. I do not seem to get any flickering when I set it to 60hz. Is this happening to anyone else? Here is a link to the video of my problem below. I will RMA the monitor as my last resort (if the monitor is at fault).

Note* the flickering appears to be part of the image of the previous background. A picture of it is in the link below.

Thank you and appreciate all inputs.

EDIT: Certain programs when open stops the random flickering as well (VLC, LOL launcher). I am at a loss whether it is the monitor, software or hardware issue.

My main desktop PC specs:
OS - Window 8.1 Pro (64 bit)
Motherboard - Asrock b75m-gl
CPU - Intel core i7-3770k
GPU - AMD Radeon HD 7750 (1Gb)
