Guys what have you seen your clients use for Fleet Management Programs? I have a small municipality that is looking to get the garage/fleet into some program for digital records.

I know one client that uses RTA Fleet Program but it starts at 2G.
 
Since it is a municipality I would suggest looking at the vendor they use for the ERP (Utility Billing, AR, AP, HR/Payroll, Purchasing). For example where I work we use the Sungard Public Sector's suite of software which has a fleet management module available.

This approach may not be the cheapest, but it will integrate the best with their existing software suite. Another plus is there is only one software vendor to deal with for support.
