Theres flat screen TVs at wal mart for $150.

My gf's bro got one, I dont know what brand it is or size but its real. YMMV

Hows the picture on a $90 flat screen TV? Is it decent, or do you get what you pay for?

I got a Sony Grand Wega 60" but...for much more then that :(

3 years ago I bought a 20'" flat tube Toshiba with Built-in 4head Hi-Fi VCR at Costco. It was a good deal then and still an amazing TV today.

The reason I paid so much for it was I needed some good features. It has Video/Audio input on the front and back, with the full yellow/white/red wires. Headphone jack on front. Plus video out/audio out on the back. Every other 20inch tv only had regular tv cable and input with only one audio cable, no two like normal. It's also very stylish with a flat silver look, decent large bottom speakers too.

We're talking about Flat Tube. Not Liquid Crystal Display or Plasma. lol

My 96 bux TV produces excelent video quality. No less quality than an equivalent size Sanyo or Emerson. Although Samsung, Sharp, Sony, Toshiba yields better quality than mine, but for a much higher price. I played GameCube on it, and it's CRISP. :) And yes, I feel like it was very worth the money.

It doesn't have S-Video in, but then again, not many TV has that. It does have a Video and a white Audio port for input. And of course it has Coaxial input.

I don't know if the sale is still available, but I got it just last Thursday. It was the last unit the Walmart I went to have.

I needed to replace a 15 year old 20' Philips TV for my bedroom and took a chance on a remanufactured Symphonic flat screen 20' inch for $90 at Fry's 3 months ago. Its made by Funai Corportation, which also makes the Emerson and Sylvania brands. Its worked great and surprised me with its excellent picture quality. In fact it has better picture quality than the Philips that I paid around $240 back then. No S-Video, but the analog video input works fine with DVD, games, camcorder and VCR. A good basic TV, made with better quality than most of the other cheap-o baragan brands like Orion and ESA.

I paid $499 for a 19" TV once. And this one time, I sold a Mac SE and an HP Deskwriter for $1,600. Of course, I had upgraded it to 2.5 Mb. :D
