I was setting up a network for my uncle and while I was setting up the wifi I noticed my cousins laptop would not connect. Eventually I got it to connect. Then I noticed when I opened IE it would not go to any pages but instead it would flash rapidly. I also noticed it's CPU usage was quite high and would never settle down. It's a mid range dell pentium m...i don't know the specs fully cause it's not mine. However it's not a slow computer or at least wasn't
It seems as if a trojan has screwed up her IE because other services can use the internet such as for updates and such. Only the IE won't work.
