flashing BIOS to be able to overclock

i have a question about something...I have a mATX MSI motherboard with an Athlon XP 1700+ in one of my machines running at 1.5Ghz and my BIOS doesn't give me any way to overclock my CPU. Is there a website somewhere that you can download certain versions of the BIOS that will let me overclock this thing? Thanks
