Flash is enabled every time

Hi
i'm using chrome
& i'm usually turn flash off
but lately every day i start my pc & start chrome i see that flash is enabled. so i turn it off from the plugins... & the next day again....:confused:
why it turns itself on!?!?
 
You should set your flash load on demand and it's really necessary to load page faster. In chrome go to Setting > Show advanced settings > Privacy > Content settings > Plug-ins > Click to Play.
