I've got a home network set up using a Linksys WRT54G and some repeaters. Several computers are connected to this network wirelessly and all perform fine. I have 1 computer on the entire network hardwired to the router and this is where the problem is. After actively using the internet on this computer like browsing sites or downloading things for some time, its different each time, the connection gets dropped. If my computer is just idling on the connection is fine but as soon as I sit down and start using it, the connection is dropped. When this happens, I go into the network connections window, disable the LAN port, and enable it, and my connection comes back on for another short time. Im a little confused why this happens. I have an XBOX 360 connected by wire to the router also and that has no troubles with this. I'm using the onboard network port on my motherboard, a K8V SE Deluxe and the port is a Marvell Yukon connection. Any Ideas?
