I am looking to get $180 for the cpu and $100 for the board 300$ shipped for this!!

The cpu is a i5-760 Quad Core that ran 200x20=4ghz@1.176vCore but can do 4.3/4.4+ but I liked to keep the vCore as low as possible so I opted to leave it at 4.0 on water!!!

The board is an Asus P7P55D-E LX both purchased December 2010 still under warranty!

Looking for a eVga GTX 570!!

bump all you need is a power supply and memory for a full computer everything in picture included plus the heatsink installed with as5 paste a video card not pictured and a vantec fan controller!!! 300 + shippnig!!! this is a 4ghz on air stable chip i always ran on water but with 1.176 stable it will do it with the stock heatsink/fan swap in a good video card and youve got a nice system for cheap!! or trade for a eVga GTX 570
