I have my i5 750 at 4.0 using 21 X 190 and testing it for 5 minutes at certain voltages

My first errors were hardware detection errors, so an increase of DRAM voltage from 1.65 to 1.67 and loosening memory timings seems to have fixed that.

My second errors were rounding errors, and i put my vcore from 1.3 to 1.35 to 1.37 until 1.4 made it run for five minutes error free.

Are these the type of fixes for those prime95 errors?

My temps are SO much better using 21 X190 base and multiplier, before they crept into the 80s and 90s but now they never went out of the 60s.

So do these settings sound okay for 24/7?
vcore: 1.4
vtt: 1.3
DRAM: 1.67
memory timings: 9 9 9 24 1524mhz

before I do a long run on prime95, is there anything I should tinker with? Can I try bringing my memory timings lower and the voltage back to stock?

Vcore of 1.4v seems a tad high to me but at least you never go out of 60s. VTT is fine, meanwhile your DRAM voltage is "on the edge" again. The absolute maximum is 1.65v and anything higher may degrade your on-die memory quicker. By the way, what CPU voltage are you using: fixed or offset?
