Somehow, my antivirus software (Nod32) didn't pick up an ancient Wyx.B Trojan virus despite me having the most up to date virus definitions. I did some searching and this virus seems to affect the master boot record of Windows. I've also noticed that my cookies are constantly deleted, which just plain annoys me.
I'm wondering, what's a safe and easy way to repair this MBR instead of completing a full reformat? I'd really rather not waste my RAID-0 array, since I don't have enough extra hard drive space on my other drives to back them up fully.
