You're going to have to be a lot more specific than that. Do you get chimes? Do you see anything on the screen? At what point in the boot process does it fail?
Have you reset the PRAM and/or NVRAM? Have you checked whether to see if it's a basic hardware failure such as an issue with the boot drive?
