Lay some tape down just a ways back from the edge where it's straight. Then file to the edge of the tape.

Wow did u cut that with scissors LOL. If i had a window like that, id take my big ol sander to it, prolly be done in 5 minutes. But i guessing u dont have a big ol sander, so id go with umm metal file like the previous sir mentioned. GOod luck post pics when ur done.

Break out a few files... a rough one will help you get down to the line, and smooth ones will help you deburr the edges, here's one i did that's a bit more complicated...

but you get the gist.
the widow is olny about 5" x 7" and on one of those stupid u shaped case covers, so big sander dose not really fit. im going to be doing a paint job aroud the window so i would prefer not to use rubber. i used a dermil w/ superheavy duty cut wheels. it looked straight while i was doing it. when i get home ill post a pick of the hole cover to give an idea of size. thanks for all the ideas.

It really isnt as bad as it looks in the first pic above. I thought that was your whole side panel we were looking at.
Look at my worklog of the door window above. See the set of files I bought for like $10 bucks? If you dont own any files they can be found for a reasonable cost. You must make new straight lines around your window just far enough back to clear the deepest deviation (wobble). I recommend just using a tape edge as your new goal. Use the files to remove metal just up to the line.
