Fittings for this beautiful res

could somebody please point me to the specific fittings i will need to hook this res up to 7/16 ID, 5/8 OD tubing?

1/2" OD fittings for a nice snug fit with that tubing.

On another note, it would be best to avoid this resevoir as it is made entirely out of aluminum. In a resevoir situation, this can be particularly bad as there is generally a lot of turbulance in resevoirs, especially with your MCP655 pump. The anodizing on the aluminum could wear off quite quickly in your situation. Stick to plexi (properly sealed), brass/copper, or plastic.
 
I have been using an alum res for years. Its the acyrilic ones that concern me, given # of reports of seams leaking.

As far as fittings you could grab bsp to npt thread adaptor, then go with 1/2 barb by 1/4 npt thread which are common.

That fitting may not work properly in a BSPP thread. That fitting is designed for a block that has a countersink. The Innovablabla reservoirs do not have countersinked threads. Get the stuff you want from McMaster-Carr as the have inch barbs with BSPP threads. :D

Errr, no they're not. In the pics of a TDX with these new fittings, there is no countersink. I'm assuming they seal just like the high flow fittings DD used to use (Which were a different thread, but same sealing system). It threads in, and the O-Ring seals to the top of the surface with the threads.

Cliff notes: DD's new fittings should work.
