I am looking for anyone who has experience with BitFenix Prodigy Micro ATX or BitFenix Colossus Micro ATX.

I like to reuse PC parts from a HTPC and a recently retired GFX card to have an OK mobile gaming box and still HTPC. Here is what I have to use:
MOBO: GIGABYTE GA-G41MT-S2PT
GFX: EVGA SuperClocked 012-P3-1572-AR GeForce GTX 570
OPTICAL DRIVE: ASUS Blu-ray Drive
PWR SUPPLY: CORSAIR TX Series CMPSU-750TX

My concern is the 16x slot on that mobo might interfere with the 5.25 bay on either of the aforementioned cases but I have no way to tell. Any opinions or experiences are much appreciated. Also would consider a different case that might work in similar dimensions.
