Well as the title says I just recently picked up a pair of Fisher STV-890's on craigslist, and I am very happy with them. Paired them with my Fisher CA-800 amp and they sound great.

lol yeah I have them in my dorm room :D The first day I had them I turned them up, not a whole lot but enough, and the RA had to give me a talking to LOL
 
There you go. Just wait until you can get your own house. I have JayZ and kanye "Watch the Throne" SHAKING the whole damn block son! Nice beats.
 
I have a pair of fishers i love to death, 15 Inch woofers and all, Very flat sound all the way down to about 50hz they roll of very quickly after that.

Its strange that the 15 isnt able to reproduce the lows but they do sound great.
 
Yeah these are 15's as well. I would have to agree they do not reproduce the low lows very well, but over all they do have a very nice well rounded sound IMO.
