Well it started out when I saw thermaltakes bstock page and they had the Rocket fanless water cooling kit for $75. I figured it would be a good start to try my hand at it so I jumped. Long story short, it sucked lol. Temps where around 60c idle and mid 70's full load, needless to say I was unhappy since my scythe infinity did much better. So after about a week of that I got pissed off and jumped into it a little more by buying a d-tek pro-120 radiator and a reservoir. I stuck with the same pump/block/tubing(3/8) that came with the rocket and included the new radiator and reservoir taking the out shitty rocket. And I was pleasantly surprised by the 40c idle temp at stock speed jumping to mid 50's on full load. I quickly o/c'd to 2.8ghz and am now running at high 40's getting to around 60-65c under load. Is this ok for my setup? would I see a big change in temps with a better block or pump?
Ill drop some pictures when I get back from work it looks pretty nice inside my p180.

depending on ur vcore those temps seem a lil high IMO. unless im not getting the full end of the story here :p

dont see why it would be hitting 60c on load if ur only bumped upto 2.8.. What is ur vcore

vcore is set to optimized in bios, I didnt feel like messing with it to much since I know I can hit that speed without changing anything. So I assume right now its default. I will check later though.

The pump with that Rocket kit is very low flowing. Very, very low flow in fact. If you ditched it, got a better CPU block and moved to 3/8" tubing you'd see way better temp deltas between idle and load.
