First time WC need help with build

So, I'm working on a new gaming rig. I've toyed with the idea of water cooling in the past, but never wanted to spend the extra money to do it, but this time around I've got the money and would like to take the plunge (no pun intended).

The (rough) build is:

i7 920
2x GTX260 (possibly bump it up to 280s if prices come down before I purchase)
Asus P6T
6 GB ram

I'd like to cool everything. Space will not be an issue as I'm planning on getting a Mountain Mods UFO.

So, should this be a single or double loop system? I've got space for 2 radiators, extra reservoirs, etc. Also, what blocks would you recommend? Any input is much appreciated.

EDIT: Also, if possible, I'd like to be able to use these components to try out the build on my current machine (E6600, 7950GT) so that if I DO mess something up my first time, its on my older rig, not the brand new one :)
 
1. Double, preferably quad rads, the feser quads are monsters, or you could try the new blackice GTX 580 or whatever. If you must or want to go triples, use feser/thermochill. With swiftech rads, you'll need medium speed fans to really hold down the temps on the i7/SLI setup, with feser/thermochill, you can use low speed yates
2. Swiftech GTZ for CPU
3. Full blocks for the GTXs, unfortunately you can't try these with your old stuff
4. Get 2x MCP355 with custom XSPC res tops, or just normal XSPC tops/EK tops and get 2 res of whatever you like, Swiftech Micro rev2 highly recommended
5. Make sure when mounting blocks use NON-CONDUCTIVE paste. MX-2 is recommended.
 
Another thing to Remember ( i forgot on my first WC build) Thoroughly Flush your radiator by pumping Distilled water from your pump into your Radiator... When manufacturing Radiators, Companies use Water Soluble Flux if you Don't get it out, over time it can start clogging up your Water Blocks.

I don't Know why nobody mentions this to Noob Water Coolers.
 
Would you recommend using addative for the water? If so, which and why?
 
If you go 260's in sli a single loop is fine with a mcr320 radiator, its exactly what I am running with no issues.

mc-tdx cpu block
mcw60-r gpu blocks with swiftech gt200 ramsinks on both 260's
mcp 635 ddc 3.2 with xspc top
mcr320-qp rad with 3 scythe sflex 1600 rpm fans


no the bottom gpu is not 'bent' just looks that way in the photo :)
