Case: not sure... but I like how this persons setup/case looks. Except I'd want it in black.

GPU: Koosah SLI for Nvidia 7800/7900

CPU: Copper TDX Block for AMD AM2 Processor

If you are spending the serious cash to get a full coverage block for your GPU, I'd go ahead and lay out the money to get a Storm block for your CPU. The TDX is old tech, and is out performed by several other blocks on the market, notably, the storm.

The black ice series of rads are pretty good. I use one, with few issues. Of course, I modded my case to clear it. If you are using both a GPU and a CPU block, I'd go with a minimum of a 120.2 rad. A 120.3 would give you more headroom, but...thats harder to work with.

For a pump, I'd get the DDC, and the plexi-top from alpha-cool. You can pick that up at Performace-PCs.com. Also, try to get the newer 18w version of the DDC, more power=more better.

I'd go with the swiftech micro-res for the res. I use it, and rather like it. YMMV however.

I went with a TDX over the storm because if you get the TDX/D5 Combo, you save a ton of money, not worth the 1 deg difference. Although it might be worth getting the storm if you plan to remove the IHS.
 
the case u liked is a lian li case, it's i believe a server case. they have it in black also.
 
SInce you do not want a overclocking rig I recomend the following.

BIPII
TDX and D5 combo
Maze4 or MCW60
MasterKlear 7/16 tubing
DD delrin filport or res (whichever you prefer)

Full coverage blocks are not worth the money and since you aren't oc'ing the TDX doesn't matter versus a storm unless you are going for looks. All of the above can be neatly tucked away in the lian li case you linked and have plenty of room to leave the rad inside.
