First Time Water-Cooling: air-flow help please

I've an i7 960 I'm putting an H100 on (starting small). I'm planning a 4 fan, push / pull config at the top of my Cosmos S. My question is: does this change general airflow rules in any way? Specifically, do I still want to maintain a positive pressure inside the case (more air coming in then going out, to help "push" the air out)?
