First Time Water Cooler.. Need help..

Ok, I'm THINKING about getting watercooling, mostly for its silence, and for its cooling capabilities..

Now, I have a TJ-09 BW Case, it has an option with installing a 2.120 radiator at the top..
What is the BEST 2.120 radiator you can buy (i hear the thermochill is good.)
And if you think a 2.120 radiator isn't the way to go [perhaps a 3.120] can you give me some suggestions on installing it INSIDE my case? I prefer to keep everything internal.

Finally, I was also considering selling my TJ-09 Case to buy the new Cosmo S case, it has a 3 120 fan slot on the top and could probably fit most radiators.. It's kind of what I'm looking for, im just afraid to take the step.. My question is at this point [with a Thermalright Extreme 120 (lapped)] would I see much of an improvement cooling-wise?

Also, as processors become more and more energy efficient, their heat naturally is lower.. Is water cooling the way of the future overclocker, or do I just need to stick with air cooling?

Finally, if I DID take the plunge to water cooling and bought the new Cosmo S case.. what parts would you recommend?

Eh, sorry for the late response! I dunno how I missed this.

The Thermochill radiators are by far the best. They cost roughly 2x the price of a good MCR or BIP radiator, for an increase in performance of about 25%. They're also almost twice as thick, so keep both the form factor, and price, in mind.

However, I can't quite give you any further recomendations until you post your system specs. I assume this is a CPU only loop. Chances are, if you're running a quad core CPU, and no GPU, the following would perform swimmingly.

MCR220 + Yate Loon fans
Dtek Fuzion
MCP655 (get this pump for it's reliability).
Masterkleer Tubing.
