Just wanted to get some opinions and advice as to how this is looking:

My rig is in my signature

I wasn't really familiar with OCn these processors but I was aiming for a super-stable 3.2/3.3 GHZ so I just bumped the BCLK up to 160.

Also, I am using a thermalright TRUE w/mx-2 ...also its a C0 chip

Real temp readings idle:

seems OK, I wonder if these are a little high with my cooler? I may have put too much TIM but im not sure.

Real temp under load:

I notice the multiplier is dynamic (based on load I guess?) because of intels new tech...is it best to leave it like this?

You can disable the multiplier changes in your bios if you'd like.

The increase is due to Intel Turbo Boost. I think it allows your multiplier to increase by 1 when needed.

I think the decrease is from Intel EIST.

No clue what the pros and cons are of having them enabled or disable -- but I disabled both in my BIOS to ensure my CPU is running at a constant speed.

As for your temps, those look pretty good to me. But I don't have your cooler, so I can't speak from experience.

Yeah I suppose the temps are alright, i think ill keep it as is for now.

I feel the temps are very high for that clock speed I a getting 4 degrees more than you and I am runing at 4.126 Ghz, so I would lower voltage or something to decrease the temps. I have a TRUE and 2 Ultra Kaze's 3000 RPM's.

Just put the voltage to 1.20000 and kept the BCLK at 160....Was getting temps of about 58 running prime 95. That voltage ok to run 24/7?

I think I am going to re-set my hsf and maybe use less TIM this time.

I'm messing around with OCing this processor as well.

Anyone know what kind of voltages I should try for a 19x200 OC? Trying for a 3.8 ghz setup, running at 21X183 right now but I want 200 bclk and can't seem to find the right voltages.

I've been able to achieve that relatively easy, 1.3V - 1.31V. I'm on a P6T, 920 with a Scythe Mugen. I have to goto 1.35+ to get to 4 Ghz.

What voltages are you throwing @ it?
