First time OC'er with a question

I have a one gig stick of Ballistix pc4000 after oc'ing, 1.4v on my opty now clocked at 2.6ghz, 200mhz on my dram with a 1:1 divider.. dram voltage is 2.7. so far, my system is stable with a 30c idle cpu temp, but i did a benchmark with everest and it labled my ram as pc4200, is that pushing it too hard? my advertised ram timings are 3-4-4-8, and after the oc they are 3-4-4-10. help me before my shit spontaneously combusts.

Your shit will not spontaneously combust. Your voltages are within limit.

The benchmark relates an interpretation of hardware closest to the standard of performance demonstrated.
