1)It should be safe as long as temps are good, and you don't change BIOS or is there something else that can get wrong with o/c.
2)How do you know how much to o/c video card ram, there is no heat sensor there.
So far I had o/c gigabyte 460 1gb (715 mhz stock double fan card). OCCT stable at 800mhz, show some errors at higher rates in OCCT but max temp is 74 ( and max 56C in game so far), max speed fan only 40%. Didn't notice any artefacts in games at bigger speed.
I am yet to buy fan for i5 760, temps on stock cooler don't seem to allow o/c, and it is too loud, any recommendations for some small o/c, and less noise (500W PSU 80+ bronze, and I don't want to turn off power saving futures to get very bad perf/wat anyway).
