First time laptop purchase

Hey guys im looking into buying my first laptop. Its going to be mostly used for webbrowsing and watching movies and occasional gaming(League of legends, WoW, Minecraft). I have a budget around $700-800 including shipping taxes, Im located in the south jersey area. Here is what im looking for:

Display: 17inch@ 1920x1080
GPU: Needs to be able to play those game on max settings(isnt asking much)
HDD: at least 500gb+
CPU:i5 4670 or better
Ram:8gb

If im being unreasonable let me know lol. Again im new to the laptop field. Oh yeah the purchase will be in the next month.
 
I think your best bet is Lenovo IdeaPad Y410, or whatever it's called.
 
Yeah, check out the IdeaPad Y-series. If you can find a good coupon or wait for a deal you might squeak in under $800 for the 15" version (no 17" option).
 
How much would my options open if I set to $1000 price point?
