First time dremal user needs advice.

I've decided to just keep my CM cavalier T03 case, and not get a new one..and just use a dremal to cut holes to route the wire's beter.

A few question's where is a good place to get some rubber to put over the jagged edges?

Second i'm in desperate need of a new CPU fan...i have been looking into a tuniq tower but im unsure if it will fit into my case, and are there beter cheaper salutions?

lastly does anyone know if they make windowed side pannels for these case's? i been looking and cant find one myself.

Sorry if im posting to much im rather new around here, and this is the one place i found with friendly helpful people..i cant stay away.

i particularly dont like to use the dremel has the blades break soo easily. i used a fully fledged jigsaw and it did the job easily

use the fiberglass cut off wheels, (the ceramic ones tend to shatter and go everywhere, also be sure to wear saftey glasses.)

Check your local autoparts store for C-channel, (I've also heard it referred to as U-channel), its used to edge metal within the car to cut down on sharp corners as well as used as a bumper of sorts on doors to keep them from geting damaged.

Another option would be to use a stepping drill bit to cut circular holes in the board, file them down and use rubber grommets to protect the wires. It all depends on what you are comfortable with.

I'm personally using the AC freezer pro 7 and it works very well, (on a budget and you don't have to remove the standard motherboard mounting brackets to mount the cooler.

Sorry not positive here... but you do have yourself a dremmel, if your feeling adventurous you can always try and make your own window, pick up some plexi and cut a custom design in the side pannel of your case, make it completely unique to you. You can get sheet plexi online or at your local Home Depot/Lowes.

If you struggle to find grommets to protect the sharp holes, how about this...

Get some mains electrical wire or wire of a more appropriate size and cut it to fit the circumference of the hole.
Using a stanley knife, cut along the length of the wire in a straight line and remove the wire from the inside.
This leaves you with a hollow plastic strip of grommet which is placed onto the serrated holes edges - thoroughly protecting anything that goes through the hole.

I used this method to remove the metal from my rear 80mm fan holes and protect myself from cuts.
In my case, this results in less dust build up, higher airflow and less noise

Nice stuff man, i went to advanced auto and got some of that stuff, works perfectly! and i am feeling a bit froggy im going to have my fiancee (graphic artis) make me a design and etch it out for the window..ill be sure to post pic's when all is done Thanks again guys,
