Ditch the Rocketfish PSU as it is a low quality PSU:

Ditch the Zalman as there are significantly cheaper HSF that performs about the same cooling wise:
$30 - Cooler Master Hyper 212 Plus HSF for LGA 1366 and LGA 1156

Honestly, that CPU + mobo seems a bit overkill for just movie watching, web browsing and very little gaming.

I'd go this setup instead:
$100 - AMD Athlon II X4 620 CPU
$80 - Gigabyte GA-MA770T-UD3P AM3 AMD 770 Motherboard
$94 - G.Skill Ripjaw Series F3-12800CL9D-4GBRL 2 x 2GB DDR3 1600 RAM
$100 - XFX HD-567X-YNFC Radeon HD 5670 512MB PCI-E Video Card
$90 - Samsung Spinpoint F3 HD103SJ 1TB 7200 RPM SATA 3.0Gb/s Hard Drive
$40 - Antec NEO ECO 400C 400W PSU
---
Total: $504 plus tax and shipping

The X4 620 is a tad overkill for just watching movies but might as well get it for better multi-tasking. The HD 5670 can provide bitstreamed audio via HDMI (meaning awesome audio quality) as well as pretty decent gaming performance. The Antec Neo Eco 400C PSU is more than enough for the above setup. The Samsung F3 1TB is one of the fastest 1TB drives available.

ditch the v9 case for the antec 300. the v9 is Cheaply made and is thin. the antec 300 is 69.99 at bestbuy and is WAY better made + Solid.
