Would all these components fit inside the case? Any other advise is more then welcome as well!

yes, everything should fit in that case.
Since you are spending around $160 on a power supply, I would suggest you get a OCZ GameXStream 700watt Power Supply. I have one and it is very stable and quiet. Mine's been running stable since June 2006.
 
Zalman PS is $129 at ZZF, including shiping. I selected it based on review found at www.jonnyguru.com. I'll have a look at the one you've suggested. Thanks!
