first time builder, help with memory please

Building my first system based on a 6600 core2duo, 680i mobo, and 8800 nvidia card, but not sure about memory, would like something capable of a mid range overclocking ability. (nothing too serious, because i want dependability over all) Not sure what brand and what kind of memory to get. Any help would be muchly appreciated. thx
 
some nice OCZ ram would be great. Im not sure what that motherboard uses DDR2, or DDR, but you should get some nice Platinum or Gold ram from OCZ. The stuff usually OC's well.
