1) What will you be doing with this PC? Gaming? Photoshop? Web browsing? etc
Web browsing, some Photoshop (mostly for drawing, no rendering), mostly gaming (League of Legends, Guild Wars 2, StarCraft II; would prefer to be able to run GW2 and SCII at decent qualities)

2) What's your budget? Are tax and shipping included?
$900, including shipping

3) Which country do you live in? If the U.S, please tell us the state and city if possible.
Princeton, IN

4) What exact parts do you need for that budget? CPU, RAM, case, etc. The word "Everything" is not a valid answer. Please list out all the parts you'll need.
Case (Options for a white/non-white one?), power supply, motherboard, processor, RAM, video card, SSD, DVD Drive

5) If reusing any parts, what parts will you be reusing? Please be especially specific about the power supply. List make and model.
None

6) Will you be overclocking?
No

7) What is the max resolution of your monitor? What size is it?
2 x 23" 1080p Acers

8) When do you plan on building/buying the PC?
As soon as possible would be nice~

9) What features do you need in a motherboard? RAID? Firewire? Crossfire or SLI support? USB 3.0? SATA 6Gb/s? eSATA? Onboard video (as a backup or main GPU)? UEFI? etc.
USB 3.0 would be nice, but not detrimental

10) Do you already have a legit and reusable/transferable OS key/license? If so, what OS? Is it 32bit or 64bit?
No

Thanks! Sorry for the trouble. I don't know much about the inner workings of computers, so when my friend showed me this forum I was super excited. Let me know if I missed anything~

Operating System Windows 8.1or Windows 7? Home Premium or PRO? About $85-140.
If you are a student may be able to get thru institution.

Look for sale prices
Video card AMD HD270 about $180-230, or HD 280 or 280X (on sale about $200-240).
GTX 970 ABOUT $300

Intel I5 4690K $240
Alternative AMD FX-6300 $100
There ARE lots of discussions AMD vs Intel, read research, or just choose.
Intel (IMO) suits you best. AMD costs less, bur must be overclocked.
