ive spent a total time of about.. well 5 hours talking with tech support via phone.. no luck.. -opengl -slswindowed( i think thats it) war3 keys.. the whole bit..

Ok it started out as my computer used to run warcraft 3 fine.. about a year ago.. before i had windows xp..

So a few of my friends decided to reinstall warcraft and get some gaming going on.. (ive joined them.. in one day i spent 12 hours playing wc3.. no breaks.. he had is computer from his room brought down and hooked upt the network.. ) So after many hours of talking to sleek(or blaster.. cbgspender.. Rlich) we came to the conclusion that my vc shat out of me.. so i checked it out.. vc fan was dead.. so i just gave tigerdirect a line and orderd a geforce 2 mx 400 to replace the geforce 3 ti 200 (ahh.. 64mb goodness) anyways.. im gettinga new computer in november.. but i know i will have th esame problem will happen when i get a new computer.. so anyways.. my specs are

64 mb VC
384 mb ram(sad isnt it)
1ghz
thats basically it.. ive tried those programs that the guy requested in the thread.. that error message that he posted is the same exact thing that happens to me when i click on bnet.. it connects.. then does that.. so yeah.. any suggestions/ideas would be greatly apreciated..
 
Have you tried uninstalling then reinstalling the game?
Is it a full, legit, non-warez version? Do you have a legit CD key?
Try reinstalling DirectX, and make sure you have the most up to date video card drivers. Also, make sure you have all the latest patches for that game.
 
actually.. i cannot uninstall the game.. why? because its well.. wonderfull.. It says when i startup the uninsall .. Ok.. UNINSTALL FAILED

Its legit everything.. i have both cds.. both cd keys..

Patches are downloaded.. and video card drivers are up to date
 
damn my 7000pci didnt even do that to me when playing warcraft :eek:

hmmm, if you really need to you can always just reformat your HDD

that sucks though
