First Overclock Q9450

This is my first overclock and I am running a Q9450 @ 3.2 (8*400) with a voltage of 1.2125V and it fails prime95 (Large FFTs). All other settings in the bios are auto; disregarding my DDR2 800 memory that is running 4-4-4-12@2.2V. Any suggestions for improving stability? I am primarily trying to just get this to run as stable as possible at this clock. Should I touch the NB or SB voltage?
 
Up the CPU voltage. Remember that max voltage for 45nm Intel CPUs is 1.4V.
