I'm wondering if the Tyris will suit my needs as a light gamer? A lot of browsing the web, but a light gamer? I really don't wanna spring for the more expensive ones, but if I have to....

Based on the prices of the ones you posted you could get this 19in WideScreen for the same price. Two more inches and a little wider can't hurt.
