I am interested in buying my first HDTV, a gift to myself for graduating basic training, but it will only be for a small dorm size room so it doesn't have to be big at all. I am looking at 26" or lower, widescreen and some where under $500. It also doesn't have to be flat panel. I am buying it for the Wii and to watch movies in bed. I'm just completely ignorant to the HDTV world because I've been so against them because of their prices, but now that they are cheaper my interest has been sparked. So I'm just looking for a good push in the right direction to get started.
