first attemped at oc a system

Hi guys. I'm going to try my first attempt at ocing an old system that I have. The parts that I'm going to use are:

Dual Athlon 1800mp's
Tyan Tiger MP s2460 http://www.tyan.com/products/html/tigermp.html
Micron pc2100
Ge-Force Ti 4600

What should I expect out of this gear that I have here? I know it's not going to be much but at least it will help me learn to oc a system. If you guys have any advice it would be much welcomed. Thanks guys.
