I bought a CoolerMaster Cavalier tower with 1394 ports on the front. It goes to the common pin header into the case. My MOBO does not have the pin header for this. I went to Newegg and can't find a single Firewire card with the pin header, they all have the internal Firewire port or a USB header, but not a 1394 header. Any suggestions?

^^thats the best i could find, but the problem is that the firewire ports are only for the front panel, and the usb ports are only for the back

Well after looking at this it may not be what I am looking for. It has the pinout header but it's for the front panel that the card comes with, not a stacked 10 pinout header like what would be used for the front access on a case 
Or maybe just a cable that I can mount in the front bay port with a male firewire end on it? Are these available. I can't seem to find those either. Gosh this sucks. I should have just paid attention to the mobo

Get a firewire card like this:

Then purchase a cable like so:
