Firefox wont remember txt?

I have a problem where like when im logging into myspace and check the remember me box but for some reason firefox wont remember me. It works with IE7 but not firefox...how do I fix this?
 
You may have accidentally clicked the option to force Firefox to "Never remember for this site" and that would make it "forget" whatever login/password info you've used in the past. If you go into the Privacy options in Firefox, settings for Private data, you can force Firefox to dump all the data that's been collected and that should reset all the websites and then get Firefox asking again.

If that doesn't restore Firefox's "memory," go into the Security options, Passwords, Saved Passwords and check the list of stored sites and see if the one you are hoping to save is on the list, or simply clear all private data as above and it should ask you again to save it.
