So it's another useless Chromium build that just changes the default for a whopping 4 settings? Is it really that hard to go uncheck a few boxes?

Chrome lets you pick a search engine too. You can give them a keyword as well, and even disable the type to search entirely by setting your search engine to "http://%s"
 
Um, no. google Chrome runs an update process in the background that autoloads with windows. Comodo doesn't. K?

I was talking about the drop down search box in FF that allows you to ad a million search engines (if there were a million) and choose any one of them at any time. In Chrome if you want to temporarily change to a different search engine you have to remember the keyword. FF method is better so stuff your Chrome where the sun don't shine.
