hey guys, Im fustrated because I can't get firefox to wofk properly.everytime I launch the browser the screen goes blank and I get a distorted image.safe mode did not work. Does anydony know what my problem is. thanks in advance
Your problem is a new one. That's for sure. I would start over by uninstalling the program completely, including your profile. Then, I would take note of any extensions that I added to the new install. I have a feeling that a faulty extension, or extension install, may be the culprit here.
