Firefox + auto refresh

Theres a website that a few of us here at work use to do monitoring. The problems is it auto times out after 3 minutes, which is a great security feature, but we use it all day long while at work. Is there a firefox plugin that I can use to auto-refresh just a single tab every (x) minutes?

Any suggestions would be appreciated.
