Firefox Addons not working

It seemed to occur after updating to 3.6 (I think 3.6.6) from 3.5.*. However, I decided to uninstall FF and do a cleanup as recommended. Run CCleanup, reboot and reinstall FF and the addons I want. However, even tho the addons show on the list they are not loading or accessible.

This is on a laptop with XP Pro SP3.

Any ideas?
