I have that same wireless keyboard and mouse for my htpc, along with a remote control/mouse.

The keyboard works like magic but I've been having trouble with the mouse lately. Not sure if it's the transmitter or just the fact that I placed the receiver behind the tower. I'm planning on moving the receiver to the front USB ports to see if that improves the performance
