Finished first build, might have a problem

I finished my first WC build. its running but there seems to be white foam flowing through the water and resting in the res. I never used soap or anything only cleaned all the parts with distilled water. Not sure if they will leave with time? The water should be a darker blue, it is when the pump is off but when the pump goes on it gets a white look to it.

how long have you kept the loop running? when you first fill the system it should foam, but after a while it clears up. check the instructions for your reservoir to see how high you can fill it.
 
Make sure that if it's a new radiator that you go through the process of flushing it out.

Theres lot's of guides out there that will teach you how but the one that I've found to be the best is to buy some vinegar from your local grocery store and fill your radiator with it. Leave it overnight to get the 'crap' out (otherwise known as flux). In between boil some distilled water (well hot enough at least) and flush out.

Rinse repeat about 3-4 times until there is no 'grey' or cloudy water left.
