I am working on a system that has been reloaded because i could not find any information on how to Fix the lsass.exe issue. (The Application fail to initailize) Windows would not boot at all because of this. (Would not load into safe mode also) So the only option i could find after spending an hour trying to figuer find a fix online was to reload the machine. IF i could have gotten into Windows I could have gotten the Office key with the Magical Jellybean key finder. Before I used the F10 option for the HP's to reload it I backed up the hard drive using Ghost 9.0 to make sure no data would be lost. Now I need to find the Office key.
Useing the Ghost Image viewer is there a way to find the office key?Also would there be a way to find the Windows key? Just for my information if I get a system that wont boot and does not have F10 option to reload.
