Finding out how much power your PC uses!

Does anyone know of an application that can gauge how much power you're PC is using?

I think my power supply might be to small.

A Kill-a-watt is what you want. it's a device that plugs in between your computer and the mains. IT will tell you how much power you are drawing.

I have a semi older PC. It has a BioStar MB, 1gig of dual channel RAM, AMD 3200+ Barton, 80gig HD, CD DVD-ROM, SB Sound Card, Nvidia 7800 GT and 3 fans all on a 350 Watt PS.
