finding information

i know i have read how to do this but i can't seem to find again

i am trying to find out informaiton on a domain and or website

i know they did it with google... just public information nothing that would get this locked

i am trying to find out if the info someone is telling me is true by there website and @blahblah.net stuff any help would be great....

I think this is what you're looking for - a whois lookup.
