Now if you guys here will help me out with everything else, I need a compatible motherboard that works great with both that processor and that video card, and I need you guys to find me everything else I need, except for a hard drive, monitor, or cd drive.

If you could help me out I would greatly apreciate it, and personally I don't want some piece of crap mobo that will go physco in my computer, and is unstable. Including the video card, processor, case, and motherboard, my budget is $475, and remember I don't need a cd drive, a hard drive, or a monitor. Thanks Guys.

Maybe you should look into puttin a couple more bucks in the CPU and getting a socket 939. If you decide to go socket 939 then try this mobo:
