Finally Bought

Here's what I have so far, will post pics later.

Went to Micro Center in Paterson NJ today and bought the following:

Antec 300 Case
6GB Corsair CAS 8 DDR3 1600 RAM (3x2GB)
Gigabyte GA-X58A-UD3R
Intel i7 930

Total: 653.76 AR ($20 & $30 rebates)

Bought an OEM ATi 5850 from Comp USA $227 after Bing Cashback of 32.50.

Coming from NewEgg which is going to arrive probably monday or tuesday.

Samsung F3 1GB HDD
Coolmaster Hyper 212
SeaSonic x650 80 Plus Gold PSU.

Total: $320.70

Grand Total: 1201.46

I hope it will be worth it! Will post pics once it is done. I know I could've gone i5 or gone with a cheaper PSU like the Antec Earthwatts but I wanted modular and the most energy efficient I could get (I'm a energy freak!)

good choice on the hdd, i'd try and pick up another one to raid 0 when you get a chance. these 500gb platters are brilliant for continuous read/writes

I just upgraded to a similar setup except with a Crucial C300 SSD and the UD5 mobo and I had a 5850 from the last build.

Cant wait to try bfbc2 tonight!!
