Here're the specs I like.
#CPU HT/ Vcore Voltage adjustable via BIOS
PCI-ExpessX16 Clock adjustable via BIOS
DIMM Voltage / Clock adjustable via BIOS

From the specs it seems like it has all the features of a full atx board, in matx size.
It would be good for bugdet builds as well, since it has decent onboard video and sound.
I think it could be a really great board, anyone have any input?

There are already a few boards that can overclock, but this is the first nVidia board with the 430 southbridge that holds any promise.

GigaByte boards generally have middling overclocking features, but it could be good. Someone was mentioning it in another thread. The manual does not show any VDIMM, though.

Right on. Did not know they had released two...

Well the 6150 does not show any voltage options either. Didn't someone have one of these boards to confirm? I thought Alynch was saying something about the overclockability...

well if your wiling to use the 6100 chipset instead of the 6150, biostar seems to be making a very o/c friendly board. They actually have outlined o/c options in bios and even have the c-mos reloaded feature like DFI boards have. Newegg has it listed for $75, not a bad deal for someone looking for a performance matx board. http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.asp?Item=N82E16813138264

anandtech covers the board in thier 6100 series preview- http://www.anandtech.com/mb/showdoc.aspx?i=2539&p=1

If you want socket 939, matx, and overclocking, the biostar board is the way to go.

I have one here, I am just waiting on my case.

I have a 3500 Venice in it running 2750 at 1.5V Core.

It overclocks at least if not better than my MSI Diamond SLI board.
