Hello,

I am trying to piece together a Water Cooling Rig. This will be my second water cooling rig, the first one I did via kit ... see sig ...

This one I would like to build by component as I believe I can get better cooling.
First let me start off by saying this will be a work/gaming rig. I am a SQL programmer by day and I have my machine dedicated to multiple databases, crunching code all day long and gaming (FPS/MMO) in the evening. I also would put looks as one of my lowest priorities, as my rig is stuck under my desk in a corner and as long as I can get to the on/off button I'm golden.
Second is I like to OC everything I can, CPU, Memory, Vid Card, find out my max stable settings and leave it running 24-7, so performance of the components is a plus.
Third is I like quiet, I would take something quiet and sacrifice a degree or two any day of the week.
Lastly I do have tools and am not afraid of a little modding, but would prefer not.

I have purchased so far:
NZXT GAMMA Case (Not the best for W/C but I can make it work I hope)
PC Power Cooling 950W PSU.
2x Crucial 64GB SSD
2x 2TB WD Black HDD
3x DELL 2311H monitors

I will be purchasing in the next week, or so:
Some Z68 board: probably the ASUS P8Z68 V Pro
2x6950 ATI GPU's
16 GB Memory (probably 2x Corsair Vengeance CAS8 Vengeance 8GB kits)
CPU: 2600K

a few other odds and ends for optical, case fans etc ...
Also: I will be mounting my Radiator outside of my case, it will be fugly, but that's OK.

what I have on my list so far is:
RAD: Swiftech MCR320-QP-K Triple 120mm
Pump: MCP655-B pump without speed controller
CPU Block: XSPC Rasa High Performance Acetal CPU Liquid Cooling Block

I would love some input on:
Tubing: size (1/2 ID I assume) and best for low/no maintenance
Fans: For Radiator (Push and/or Push/Pull) and Case (Quite is the key)
Reservoir: Is one needed? I can easily fit an internal or mod an external, your choice.

I left off the GPU Block on purpose, as I as still on the fence between the 6950's or possibly a pair 570GTX's in SLI. Plus with this whole EK GPU waterblock scare I'll have to do some research when I purchase the vid cards. I will have two vid cards though. I am not to concerned with Chipset cooling, as a few well placed quiet fans can make a big difference.

I also have read up and think a KillCoil sounds like a good idea.

Anything else I'm glaringly missing? Maybe compression fittings? I plan on running a single loop: Pump --> GPU --> CPU --> RAD --> RES --> rinse and repeat.

Thanks for any help you guys can provide me on this. I'm open to any suggestions.
