Well, here is what I've decided to go with:

Board: ABIT 865PE
Processor: Intel P4/2.4C
Hard Drive: Western Digital Special Edition 120GB 7200RPM
Memory: Corsair 512MB DDR PC-3200
Video Card: Gigabyte ATI Radeon 9200
Case: Maxtop Signature Series Type I Tower Case

And a few other drives (CD/RW, 3.5, ...)

Any Last words/comments from you all?

Thanks.

Are you overclocking? Just wondering.

Anyways, you're not much of a gamer I hope because that card is lame. For general use it's okay.

It looks fine to me.

that card's not lame, although i strongly advocatin moving to a 9500Pro at the least...

other than that, it looks great!

Consider:

Which ABIT motherboard were you planning to get? IS7? IS7-E? AI7?
More RAM? Another 512 MB module would be great if you can afford it.
A faster videocard? The ATi Radeon 9600SE starts at ~$70 and performs faster by a decent margin.

Like everyone else, I also recommend a better video card, get at least an Ati 9600 or nvidia ti4200.

I'm not doing any gaming or overclocking. It is for processing work only. The board is the Abit AI7. Sound and graphics aren't very important. I thought I could add more memory later. The system is for someone else and I'm trying to keep the price reasonable.

Thanks for the comments.
